The Miss Apple Blossom Competition is thrilled to introduce two new committee members - Amanda Short and Dot Kelly.
AMANDA SHORT
CO-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE MISS APPLE BLOSSOM PAGEANT
Amanda Short is joining the team as a co-executive director. She brings with her years of experience in competing, most recently as Miss Apple Blossom 2023 and 1st runner up to Miss Virginia 2023.

CHAIR OF PRODUCTION AND PREPARATION
Dot Kelly is proud to bring her background in performing arts to the team as the chair of production and preparation. She proudly represented the Winchester community as Miss Apple Blossom 2018 and the Commonwealth as Miss Virginia 2019/2020.
