Growing up basically on a ball field, the youngest of four sisters that spent all their time playing sports, and as a lifetime athlete herself-Brilea recognized the need for herself, as well as the youth around her-to have access to Mental and Physical Health tools, awareness, and education beyond just “the game’ in today’s competitive sports. Brilea encourages teen athletes to take charge of their mental and physical health to excel both in sports and everyday life.
