OLIVIA PACHECO
Olivia is currently a senior at 2025 Forest Park High School in Prince William County. In addition to her studies, she is currently employed part-time as a party host at an indoor children’s play center and serves as an intern at All That & Jazz Dance Studio, where she teaches tumbling and gymnastics.
Olivia’s future goals include a double major in dance and business, starting at NOVA Community College. This would support her dream of owning her own dance studio and inspiring the next generation of dancers.
Born with a congenital heart defect, Olivia’s Community Service Initiative is Heart Health Awareness. She was privileged to testify before the General Assembly in Richmond to advocate for the establishment of Cardiac Emergency Action Plans in elementary and secondary schools in support of Senate Bill No. 817, which passed in March of 2025. This legislation mandates that public schools in Virginia implement a Cardiac Emergency Response Plan or an Athletic Emergency Action Plan, to ensure a swift and effective response to medical emergencies, particularly cardiac events, during school activities.
Olivia is a Prince William County School American Heart Association Ambassador. She founded her high school’s first Heart Club. She is also a member of the Key Club, Forensics, the Observatory Team, the Book Club, NAMI, and plays percussion.
